By accessing or using Findyway.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Findyway is a free classified marketplace that allows users in the United Arab Emirates to post and browse listings. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current information when registering.
4. Posting rules
Listings must be accurate, lawful under UAE law, and free from misleading content. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and anything contrary to local regulations. We may remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Free service
Posting and browsing on Findyway is free. We do not currently charge any listing or commission fees.
6. User conduct
You agree not to harass other users, spam the platform, scrape data, or use automated tools without permission. Repeat violations may lead to account suspension.
7. Disclaimer
Findyway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the authenticity of listings or users and are not liable for any loss arising from transactions made through the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Findyway after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
