Meet in public places
Choose a busy, well-lit location such as a mall parking area or a community centre. Avoid meeting at private residences for first-time exchanges.
Inspect before paying
Always see, test, and verify the item in person before any money changes hands. For cars, request service history and inspect at a trusted garage.
Avoid advance payments
Never wire money, share OTP codes, or pay deposits to secure an item you haven't seen. Legitimate sellers don't ask for upfront fees.
Verify seller information
Check the seller's profile, ratings, and how long they've been on Findyway. Ask for an Emirates ID or trade licence for high-value items.
Report suspicious listings
If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. Use the Report button on any listing to flag it for our moderation team.
Findyway is a listings platform and does not take part in transactions between users. Always use common sense and local UAE laws when buying or selling.
