How we use information
We use your information to operate the marketplace, display your listings, enable buyer-seller contact, send service notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
Sharing
Listing details (title, photos, area, price, contact options) are shown publicly to other users. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us run Findyway, or when required by UAE law.
Your contact information
You control whether your phone number is shown publicly, whether WhatsApp is enabled, and whether buyers can chat with you in-app.
Location detection (ipapi.co)
To show you listings from the right country, we detect your approximate country using the third-party service ipapi.co. Only your IP address is sent to that service — no name, email, phone number, or account data. The result is used only to preselect your country and is not stored by ipapi.co as personal data. You can change your country manually at any time from the country selector.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of Findyway may not work as expected.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Children
Findyway is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
