Job description
We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales
- Experience in real estate, interior design, or construction is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities
- Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions
- Present and explain products and services to clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities
- Provide regular sales performance reports
