Every ad goes through a quick moderation review to keep the marketplace safe. Most ads are approved within a few hours; you'll see the status as "Under review" in your dashboard until then.

Why was my ad rejected?

Ads are rejected when they include prohibited items, misleading details, duplicate content, or contact information inside photos. You can edit the ad from your dashboard and resubmit it.

How do I contact a seller?

Open the listing and use the Call, WhatsApp, or Chat buttons. You need to be signed in to view contact details — this protects our members from spam and scraping.

How do I stay safe when buying or selling?

Meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, never send a deposit to someone you haven't met, and avoid wire transfers or gift-card payments. Report anything suspicious with the Report button on the listing.

How do I edit or delete my ad?

Go to your dashboard, open My Ads, and use Edit or Delete on any listing. Deleted ads are removed from search immediately.

Do I need a licence to post real estate ads?

Yes. Agents and brokers must register as a verified agent and supply a valid RERA/BRN licence number. Private owners can post their own property using the private seller option.
